Centre for Workplace Excellence
'Achieving Excellence through People and Practices.'
The Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) is committed to researching current and future workplace challenges. We take a scientific approach to enable organisations and employees to be innovative, agile and adaptable as the global marketplace, people, and technology continue to change.
Our progressive, world-class research is built on four pillars essential for employee and organisational effectiveness – employee diversity and well-being, organisational culture and change, leadership, and people management practices.
Our mission is to create knowledge for tomorrow’s workplace, allowing organisations to achieve excellence through people and practices.
CWeX grew from an integration of the Centre for Human Resource Management (CHRM) and the Centre for Work + Life. We are a vibrant and core research centre of the Business School, and is located within the School of Management.
